The Equal Opportunities Office offers the following support programmes for employees and students of Leibniz Universität Hannover:

- PhD Completion Grant at Leibniz Universität Hannover
The goal of this programme is to support young researchers in finishing their PhD project if project delay is caused by family reasons or by the event of particular hardships.
When submitting your application via email/post, the Equal Opportunities Office requests mandatory information that is of central importance to the selection process, in order to evaluate your personal and professional suitability with regard to the respective funding, and is therefore indispensable. Irrespective of this, you also have the option to voluntarily provide further information
The Equal Opportunities Office adheres to the principle of data use for a specific purpose and assures you that the data collected will only be used to carry out the selection procedure by members of the selection panel and will not be used for any other purpose.
Data will only be passed on to third parties in consultation with you.
Some of the data you submit will be used and stored in anonymous form for statistical evaluations of the respective programme. It is not possible to draw any conclusions about your person.
Your personal data and documents will be stored or centrally archived for a maximum of 30 years from the end of the selection procedure and then destroyed.
Your consent is required for the collection and processing of data. By submitting your application via email/post, you agree to the collection, storage and use of your data by the the Equal Opportunities Office (Hochschulbüro für ChancenVielfalt) of the LUH, for the stated purpose.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time, without providing reason.
