12.03.2025 from 9:30 to 13:00

The aim of the workshop is to sensitise participants to unconscious distortions of perception and stereotypes and to make it clear how unconscious thought patterns influence our behaviour and decisions. The focus here is on sensitisation, reflection on one's own (leadership) role and transfer to one's own work context. The workshop can also focus on the development of structures and processes that prevent biased decisions, particularly in the HR sector.
The workshop will be embedded in the context of gender & diversity and the link to the benefits of a diversity-orientated university culture will be established.
The next workshop will take place online on Wednesday, 12 March 2025 from 9:30 to 13:00.
