Employees at Leibniz University Hannover work, teach, learn, research and live in very different and diverse ways. What do people at LUH research? How do they organise their work at the university and their private lives? What do they do in their free time? What opportunities have they pursued? What challenges do they face? What tips can they pass on? These and other questions are answered in our video portraits in our ‘In their element’ series by a wide variety of people at LUH. The main aim of this project is to showcase role models who present their individual career paths and how they achieve a work-life balance.
The project was created to accompany the Leibniz Academic Pathways (LEAP) and is being realised in collaboration with Joana Rieck (Hochschulbüro für ChancenVielfalt) and Martha Herbold (ZQS/elsa).
