Karrierekongress FEMWORX
Der Karrierekongress FEMWORX (ehemals bekannt als WomenPower) bietet am Donnerstag, den 3. und Freitag, den 4. April 2025 ein vielseitiges Programm und eine Plattform zum Austausch und zur Vernetzung an.
Das Motto lautet „Diverse Minds, Boundless Possibilities“ und legt das Augenmerk auf Female Leadership im MINT-Bereich. Das Programm umfasst ein breites Spektrum von individuellen Workshops, Vorträgen und Podiumsdiskussionen. Die Themenschwerpunkte liegen auf Entrepreneurship, Leadership, New Work, Career, Finance und Health.
Auf der begleitenden Ausstellung informieren Unternehmen, Organisationen und Trainer*innen über Karriereperspektiven, Studien, Coaching- und Mentoring-Angebote sowie weitere arbeitspolitische Themen und Trends. Zudem findet die Preisverleihung für den Engineer Woman Award und den Young Engineer Woman Award statt. Dabei wird eine Vorreiterin aus dem MINT-Bereich und eine Nachwuchswissenschaftlerin für ihre besondere Leistung ausgezeichnet.
Das Hochschulbüro für ChancenVielfalt verlost 10 Tickets für die FEMWORX für Studierende (Normalpreis je 29 Euro), die einen vollen Zugang zu allen Veranstaltungen am 3. und 4. April 2025 ermöglichen.

Career congress FEMWORX
The career congress FEMWORX (formerly known as WomenPower) offers a diverse program and a platform for exchange and networking on Thursday, April 3 and Friday, April 4 2025.
The motto is “Diverse Minds, Boundless Possibilities” and focuses on female leadership in the STEM sector. The programm includes a wide range of individual workshops, lectures and panel discussions. The main topics are entrepreneurship, leadership, new work, careers, finance and health.
At the accompanying exhibition, companies, organizations and trainers will provide information on career prospects, studies, coaching and mentoring offers as well as other labour policy topics and trends. The awards ceremony for the Engineer Woman Award and the Young Engineer Woman Award will also take place. A female pioneer from the STEM field and a young female scientist will be honored for their special achievements.
The Equal Opportunities Office is giving away 10 tickets for FEMWORX for students (normal price 29 euros each), which give full access to all events on April 3 and 4 2025.
